Our Process
We’re Focused on Strengthening
-
Step 1
Mining
Limestone and other raw materials are extracted from quarries. This stage ensures the plant has a steady supply of the essential ingredients for cement.
-
Step 2
Crusher & Ropecone
Large rocks are crushed into smaller, manageable sizes. This step prepares the raw materials for easier handling and further processing.
-
Step 3
Preblending & Raw Mill
The crushed materials are blended to achieve the right chemical composition. Then, they are ground into fine powder in the raw mill to form “raw meal.”
-
Step 4
Kiln
The raw meal is heated in a rotary kiln at very high temperatures (around 1450°C). This process produces “clinker,” the main intermediate product in cement manufacturing.
-
Step 5
Cement Mill
The clinker is mixed with gypsum and ground into an extremely fine powder in the cement mill. This final product is cement.
-
Step 6
Packing Plant
The cement is packed in bags or loaded in bulk for transport. From here, it is distributed to clients and construction sites.
